    Services: Homeless street outreach, clinical case management, service referrals, and permanent housing assistance for individuals experiencing homelessness in San José’s downtown core.

     

    BILL WILSON CENTER/TRANSITIONAL HOUSING PROGRAM

    Services: Serves youth ages 18 to 24, housing and support services for 1-2 years, case management, job search assistance, life skills workshops, assistance with enrolling in education programs, parenting classes and transport assistance. Shared living in a supervised setting.

    Services: Emergency shelter for homeless or abandoned pregnant women 18 and over during their last trimester of pregnancy. Drug and alcohol services available.

    Services: Line-up for overnight shelter between 1:30 pm and 2:30 pm; intake at 3:30 pm; first come, first served. Lunch at 12:15 pm and dinner at 5:15 pm, Monday–Saturday. Emergency shelter (14 nights per year) and working man’s program.
