Self-Guided Tours

SJMA is pleased to offer free individual admission for students and teachers with valid ID.

Any group of 10 or more K–12 students or 15 adults is considered a group tour. Private youth, adult, and college group tours require an additional fee and must be booked in advance. Drop-in groups may be asked to visit at another time due to Museum security and capacity policies.

Self-guided K–12 School tours are offered to school groups wishing to visit the museum outside our standard fieldtrip hours and are available during our open hours Thursday and Friday from 4pm–9pm and Saturday and Sunday from 11am–4pm. Self-guided K–12 School tours last one hour and are limited to 35 students and require 10:1 Student: chaperone ratio. We also ask that classes visiting the museum come prepared with an assignment.

Program fee: $90 per class of 10–30 students. The cost for groups with fewer than 15 students is $70.
