Guided tours focus on the careful observation and discussion of a limited number of thoughtfully selected objects. Guided tours conform to the California State Visual Art Standards of Artistic Perception, Aesthetic Valuing, and Connections, Relationships, and Applications. After the guided gallery visit we encourage teachers and chaperones to spend extra time with students in the galleries visiting artworks and other exhibitions not covered in the lesson.
Guided tour includes: Museum tour only, approximately 60 min.
Program fee: $90 per class of 10–30 students. $180 per class of 31–60 students.*
*fees include the cost of up to 5 chaperones per 30 students. Additional chaperones may result in additional fees.
