Featuring Skyline Hot Club

Skyline Hot Club is composed of guitarists Kevan Smedt and Nelsen Hutchison; and bassist Danny Gerz. Inspired by the music of the legendary Django Reinhardt, this South Bay-based group seeks to both honor the legacy of the Quintette du Hot Club de France and expand it with ecumenical modernistic flair.

Audiences can expect a mix of adventurous originals, interpretations of Django classics, Brazilian choro, and a variety of grooves and moods. Skyline Hot club has performed extensively throughout the Bay Area and its members have worked with artists such as Swedish trumpet phenom Gunhild Carling and fast-rising vocalist Stella Heath. If you like music that swings and keeps you guessing, this is the band for you!
