For Jazz Appreciation Month, Pascal Bokar Thiam will explore the West African roots of American jazz. Bokar Thiam teaches music at the University of San Francisco and the French American International School, San Francisco. Co-presented with San Jose Jazz.

Lunchtime Lectures take place on the first Wednesday of each month in the Charlotte Wendel Education Center. Visitors are welcome to bring food and beverages.
