How do current design trends relate to the seemingly simple objects in the exhibition Hidden Heroes? Find out with Scott Doorley, creative director of the Hasso Plattner Institute of Design at Stanford University, Palo Alto, California—aka “the d. school.” Doorley, co-author of Make Space: How to Set the Stage for Creative Collaboration, explores the intersection of design and media arts, including storytelling, visual communication, improv, and digitalmedia design.

Lunchtime Lectures take place on the first Wednesday of the month at noon in the Charlotte Wendel Education Center. Visitors are welcome to bring food and beverages.
