SAN JOSE, California (July 22, 2013)— The San Jose Museum of Art’s series of drop-in family programs “Summer Sundays” continues on Sunday, August 4, from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. This event invites the whole family to engage in hands-on art-making using unexpected materials and creative techniques. Concluding the series for this year, this Summer Sunday will feature a DIY Art project of making your own pencil box to prepare for back-to-school. The program is free with regular Museum admission of $8 for adults, $5 for seniors, students, and youth ages 7-18, and free to members and children 6 and under. An additional suggested donation of $5 helps cover the cost of materials. All ages are welcome.
Summer Sunday admission also includes access to all Museum galleries.
