The CAA 10th Annual Film Festival The College of Adaptive Arts (CAA) presents its 10th Annual Celebrating Abilities! Film Festival of short films by, for, and about individuals with all differing abilities. It breaks new ground by offering a glimpse of unique artistic perspectives as viewed through the lens of these special film makers, challenging and changing the landscape of television and film contributions to the community. The event is freshly created and developed each year by the adult students and staff of CAA’s School of TV/Film. CAA provides a collegiate model for continued adult education in nine distinct schools of study to members of the community who have historically not had access to such opportunity.
