This first design exhibition to appear at the San Jose Museum of Art focused on the blobject, a term that co-curator Steven Skov Holt started using back in 1989 to describe the more curvaceous designs that started appearing then. The exhibition presented projects from across the creative spectrum, including product and industrial design, architecture, graphic design, digital media, furniture and fashion.
