About
Mel Day is an interdisciplinary Canadian artist working in San Francisco. She creates large-scale video, performance, social practice, and hybrid installations focused on the role of doubt, the uncertain, and the unseen. Day often invites public participation and collaboration in projects over years and even decades. She holds an MFA from UC Berkeley and teaches at San José State University.
