To accompany Ranu Mukherjee: Telling Fortunes, sound designer Mike Maurillo has created a soundscape set and a simulated park. For this special event offered during the opening weekend of the 2012 ZERO1 Biennial, Maurillo will perform a partially improvised score in the gallery. He will create an enveloping audio environment for Mukherjee’s two films, ordinarily viewed in silence.
