Dance Genre: Juneteenth—African American Music and Dance
CityDance San José is an annual series of summer evenings featuring open-air dancing, socializing, music and fun activities in the Circle of Palms in front of the San José Museum of Art. With professional dance instruction, live bands, DJs, and an outdoor cash bar, come and learn something new, tune your moves, or just show off dancing under the stars.
CityDance San José is presented by the San José Office of Cultural Affairs in partnership with the San José Museum of Art and Mezcal Restaurant, with marketing support from the San José Downtown Association. CityDance and the Museum are open to the public and free—everyone is welcome!

Community partners at this month's CityDance include City Lights Theater, Jessica Gutierrez, Creative Ambassador, Local Color, Luna Park Chalk Art Festival Foundation, New Ballet, San José Downtown Association, and Starting Arts.
