In The Tailor, K.P. Reji portrayed a couple who evoke Adam and Eve. They are connected like conjoined twins and await clothing that has yet to be finished. The tailor, presumably representing the Devil, has coerced the couple to fall from grace and now busily stitches garments to hide their nudity. In contrast to the biblical account, the connectedness of the couple implies that culpability for the fall is shared and not only the fault of Eve.
