Diana Al-Hadid, (whose work is on view in Liquid City), draws from a variety of sources in her work, including art history and architecture to literature, physics, and scientific history. She reimagines Renaissance paintings and classical monuments as sculptures and wall works that seem to drip and disintegrate. Al-Hadid will discuss her work with Lauren Schell Dickens, curator.
Space is limited and advance tickets are strongly recommended.
