Biography

Born in 1965, Michael Brennan received his B.A. from the University of Florida, Gainesville and his M.F.A. from Pratt Institute, New York. His work has been included in exhibitions at Anthony Meier Fine Arts, San Francisco; Center for Contemporary Non-Objective Art, Brussels, Belgium; Denise Bibro Fine Art, New York; Lucas Schoormans Gallery, New York; Margaret Thatcher Projects, New York; P.S.1 Contemporary Art Center at The Museum of Modern Art, New York; and Painting Center, New York. Brennan currently teaches at Pratt Institute and at Hunter College, New York. (SJMA Collections Committee, 2012) Michael Brennan works and lives in New York.
