Biography

Born in 1966 in Flushing, New York, Kramer and her family moved to Northern California in 1969.  She received a B.A. in photography from San Francisco State in 1989, and since then has continued her study by taking advanced photography classes at Diablo Valley College in Concord, California.  In 1998, Kramer was selected for inclusion in a juried photography show by an art critic for the New York Times. Kramer is an emerging artist, and her work has not been shown extensively.  These would be her first works in the permanent collection. (SJMA Collections Committee, 2003)
