CORPORATE EVENTS

The Museum offers a variety of set-up options that beautifully accommodate events for 20 – 3000. Daytime meetings, luncheons, and seminars are held in the Wendel Education Center. Evening VIP dinners, cocktail receptions and corporate holiday parties use the New Wing Lobby, Skybridge, Historic Wing Café and Wendel Center. Combined with the Fairmont Plaza, the site expands to accommodate 3,000.

The flexibility of event spaces and the Museum’s unique architecture combine to create an ideal venue to inspire event planners. Maximum capacity for an elegant seated luncheon or dinner is 120 in the New Wing Lobby and 170 in the Wendel Center in the Historic Wing. The evening maximum capacity for a stand-up cocktail reception is 1200

Daytime use of the Wendel Center for half day or full day meetings includes tables and chairs for typical meeting configurations with gallery viewing during breaks. Food and beverages can be provided by the Museum Café and will be tailored to meet your personal taste and budget requirements... AV equipment, staging, customized art activities, teambuilding events and docent tours are also available.
